The foundation of this product is superior low-carbon steel, with
sintered bronze alloy on the surface, in which the solid lubricant is
spread uniformly. The alloy layer can be covered with a film of solid
lubricant as an actual requirement. This product has a low friction
coefficient and has good properties of self-lubricating, anti-abrasion,
anti-occlusion, etc. It can be used under high loads and in contaminative
water. The product is composed of a steel backing sintering with the
three-layer plate or tinplate.

The product has stronger adhesive strength and higher load capacity,
which meets the requirements of middle speed, middle load and low speed,
heavy load. The product has various kinds of lubrication indentation or
grooves to meet the different environments for automobile engines,
motorcycles, gear pumps and crane equipments.
